"I ordered from Hanky Panky the shipping..."
I ordered from Hanky Panky the shipping were disappointing. The tracking barely updated for days, so I had no idea what was going on, and my package ended up getting delivered later than I expected. Customer service was slow to reply too, which made it more frustrating. The items was fine once they finally showed up, but the delivery experience wasn’t great

"Not comfortable for me"
I really wanted to like these, but they felt scratchy and kept riding up on me all day. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely expected them to be way more comfortable than they were.

"Comfortable at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like these because they felt great when I first got them, soft and super comfortable. But that didn’t matter much after a few washes. The fabric started looking worn quickly, and one pair already has a small hole. For what they cost, I expected them to last longer. Disappointing overall

"Customer service took way too long"
I had an issue and reached out to customer service, but it took a few days before I heard anything back. This is where it got annoying: when they finally replied, the response didn’t really solve the problem or give me much to work with. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

So, yeah... the fit was just kind of weird for me. It definitely ran smaller than I expected, and I couldn’t really get it to feel comfortable

"I checked the site out for the first..."
I checked the site out for the first time earlier this week, and right away I liked the colors and the overall vibe. A few of the styles were really cute. After browsing for a bit, though, I started feeling like the pages were kind of busy, and it took me longer than expected to find some basic things. It’s not a bad site at all, I just think it would feel nicer if the layout was a little cleaner.

"Not worth the price, and the basics felt ignored"
I really wanted to like these, especially for the price, but they just didn’t feel as nice as I expected. The lace was soft at first, but after a few washes it started getting loose and not holding up well. The fit was okay, but nothing special. I also felt frustrated because I had a basic expectation here: decent quality that lasts longer than a few washes. expected better from Hanky Panky.
